Our vision was to create an oasis of peace and healing in the middle of the city. Halma is a healing center where, by simply entering our sanctuary, you are transported to another place beyond space and time. It's a journey to the inner self, where we can connect with the most authentic and luminous part of ourselves.
At Halma, you will find various holistic massages, alternative therapies, advanced BioHacking technology, yoga and meditation center, infrared sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge, and more.
Halma is more than a holistic spa; it's a healing center and a space to disconnect from the noise of the outside world and enter a sanctuary of peace, reconnecting with ourselves.

FOUNDERS
MARÍA HANK
A PASSIONATE STUDENT OF EVERYTHING RELATED TO SPIRITUALITY, CONSCIOUSNESS, HEALTH, AND HEALING.
She was born in Mexico City, has lived in over eight cities, and has traveled the world studying and learning various healing modalities, workshops, and personal development seminars. María is a certified facilitator of The Work, a Psych-K coach, a student of neurolinguistic programming, an energy healer, a holistic ceremony guide, and holds a master's degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Her final project for her master's degree was the creation of a healing center where she could bring together and share everything she had the opportunity to learn and that has helped her the most on her healing journey.
María opened her first holistic spa in Mexico City in 2009 with great success. Later, she became a mother of twins and moved to San Diego, California, where she worked as a human resources consultant. She is now refocusing on following her true vocation and passion, collaborating with Carolina, and bringing to life this wonderful healing sanctuary called HALMA.
CAROLINA VALENCIA
HER TRAINING IN REIKI MARKED THE BEGINNING OF A JOURNEY TOWARDS DISCOVERING TOOLS FOR WELL-BEING AND HEALING.
She was born in San Diego and grew up in Tijuana. From a young age, she was clear that her mission was to help others. Motivated by the desire to positively impact children's education during their most formative years, she studied Montessori Guide in San Diego, California, specializing in children from 0 to 6 years old. In 2004, she founded her own Montessori school, where she integrated innovative programs such as meditation and mindful school.
Driven by curiosity and deep intuition, Carolina began exploring methods to strengthen the spiritual connection of children. She took a course in Energy Healing with Egyptian Pendulum, as well as a course in Priestess, which expanded her perspective on alternative therapies and their transformative potential.
Currently, she is a student of Biological Decoding with the Biological Code of Spain, where it is confirmed that every illness has an emotional root and that we have the ability to heal any condition by working on it energetically, with the help of professionals. This search led her to dive deeper into various practices, learning that all physical, mental, and spiritual healing has an emotional root. For over eight years, she dreamed of creating a healing center, and when she met María Hank, they both found in Halma the materialization of a shared vision: to provide a space for healing and inner connection.
With Halma, Carolina aims to share with the community the power and light that each person carries within, helping them transform any physical or emotional condition from the depth of their heart.
